Medication Enquiry Service (Chemist on call)

This service is to help our employees and managers assess the potential impact that medication, or a change in dose of medication, will have on an individual’s ability to undertake safety critical duties. (All other staff can contact the service for advice if they are concerned that their medication may affect their performance).

It does not matter if this medication has been prescribed or purchased over the counter.

To provide the most accurate advice, the employee may be asked to discuss their health history with the pharmacist.

Please note this service is for Network Rail employees only and a line manager email address ending networkrail.co.uk will be required.
