To support Network Rail’s Occupational Service (OH), Orchid Live – a leading dedicated OH portal used across industry sectors – is the dedicated platform for securely managing all of Network Rail’s OH related referrals, OH assessments, OH assessment outcomes and securely storing employee OH records in line with industry and regulatory requirements.
Access to the Occupational Health portal (Orchid Live), to make referrals and view case statuses and documents associated with referrals, are available to Network Rail Line Managers, HR Business Partners (including Senior HRBPs), HRBP Support and Employee Relations Business Partners with the consent of the employee. Access for other reasons is not approved at this time.
Whilst we appreciate access was available to other roles whilst the service was with Optima, and that there are requests for other roles to support with booking HSW and HST appointments, the new OH Service is not offering this access, at this time, to ensure it complies with Data Protection.
